I have been working with websites for almost 5 years now. I have done custom coding, and used no code platforms. I remember once I was working with this individual who used wordpress for an e-commerce store. But I never thought about trying to work with the WordPress platform since I was already invested into other platforms. The good thing about wordpress is that its build for blogs or magazines like media. I explored different themes on google since I felt like it will take too much time to build my own template. On the other hand, I want some flexibility to modify the layouts. So I specifically looked for Elementor friendly themes. Tools like Elementor provide easier layout to build custom layouts without going to too much trouble arranging elements.

After deciding the theme, I cleaned up the theme and removed any unnecessary components and made the overall layout much simpler. The next task was to figure out the tabs and content architecture. I had to spend some time thinking about this. Then I thought about the users, how they want to explore. So I broke the content into different steps it take to grow plants. Starting from preparing space, plantting, taking care, harvesting and storing. This structure will make it easier for the user to navigate the site much easier.
